About Me
Will Caruso is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, Fire Officer, and EMS Educator with over 25 years of experience in Fire and Emergency Medical Services. He is an expert in designing educational programs, building high performing teams, and leveraging data to improve patient outcomes. He currently serves as the EMS Coordinator for the Northville Township Fire Department (MI).
With a deep commitment to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice, Will is dedicated to shaping the next generation of Fire and EMS professionals and enhancing pre-hospital care standards across the board.
